This will be my motto for 2024. Both in coaching some of the greatest business people in Europe and in my personal life.
It really doesn‘t matter what you say, if the message doesn‘t get across - if people don‘t understand you. Let‘s be more understandable, let‘s listen more. Effective communication is not just about speaking, but also about ensuring that the message is received and understood by the other person. It's important to consider the perspective and background of the listener in order to communicate effectively.
